Samson “Go Mic” USB Microphone

Adding to the ever-growing mixed bag of microphones geared towards podcasting, the Samson Go Mic will clip onto your laptop or sit upon a desk stylishly doing its thing.

Its fold-away design makes it an excellent portable, stand-alone microphone to accompany your laptop and far exceed its noisy internal one in recording clarity and accuracy.

Whilst the obvious use for this interesting and affordable (at £49.95) little microphone is Podcasting it will certainly make for a better experience with Skype, iChat, Ventrilo, TeamSpeak or your VOIP application of choice. It’ll also come in handy for voice recognition, if you’re into that sort of thing.

We’ll let you know how it fares at tackling these particular applications if and/or when we can get hold of one.
